Mount Harmony’s Food Recommendation: PAWTREE

Your puppy will be used to eating a mixture of proteins in their dry kibble to ensure they are getting all the benefits different proteins can provide. Dogs enjoy a variety of food, just like we do! After speaking with many breeders and learning all that we can about various foods, I highly recommend PawTree food. These foods are not available in retail stores. They are organic foods which contain no preservatives, fillers, corn, or gluten. All ingredients in PawTree are grown and produced in the USA. They are the highest quality foods I have found. You can order bags online and it will be delivered to your home. It is recommended that you buy at least one bag of food for your puppy to have as they go from our home to their forever home. We recommend that you set up an automatic delivery for every 30 days so you do not have to think about ordering food each month. You can easily log into your account at a later date to adjust the amount or frequency as often as needed.

Please place your order at least 3 weeks before your puppy comes home to you to ensure your puppy has food upon his/her arrival. Follow these steps:

2. Go to sign in (top right corner). If you are new to PawTree, we will have already set up an account for you using the email on file with us. The password you will use is Puppy123. Once you login, you can easily change the password if you would like.

3. You will need to add your personal information

4. You may choose from the menu item I have created under “My Recommendations” which we feel are essential for your puppy; You may also want to view products and create your own shopping bag.

Two important notes when ordering from PawTree for the first time:

To get free shipping on your order, you do need to set up an EZ ship and it must include at least 3 non-food items. Treats are a non-food item…because they are not your daily food source. I can always use more treats!

It is highly suggested that you continue feeding these high quality foods to your puppy/dog throughout his/her life.

Mount Harmony Labradoodles strongly believes in the quality and integrity of PawTree products. We will extend the standard two year genetic defect warranty to THREE years if you feed PawTree foods as the primary source of nutrition to your puppy.

However, if you decide you would like to change brands, it is recommended that you allow your puppy to settle into its new home without transitioning the food it is used to eating for the first month.

During crate training, your puppy will need to see the crate as a rewarding and positive experience. I recommend the Froggy Stuffers to put small treats in and freeze (banana, apple, pumpkin, treats). This will be such a blessing to you, a true must have.
